The pool area is GREAT too. The rooms with a couch, a fridge and a bathtub. Variety of great food at breakfast time. Incredible staff all over the place. Convenient location to the drive-in theater and family atmosphere in the whole hotel.

Convenient location near the outlet mall, drive-in theater, supermarkets, and shopping centers made it easy to access everything 🛍️. The room was cozy and enjoyable to stay in.

Peaceful setting, it's not far from the valley, restaurants and Glendale.

We were delightfully surprised by the ambience and decor and comfort of the facility! The location was ideal for our purposes and it was very easy to access with abundant parking.

Although the staff tried to resolve the problem, we were not able to connect to internet during our stay. The choices for breakfast would have benefitted by some good Healthy choices such as 'homemade' oatmeal with fruit toppers such as raisins, bananas or strawberries etc.

The staff was fantastic. The room was tidy and well-maintained. The bed was cozy. The room had central heating, pay TV, and a microwave. The location is particularly good, in a fairly nice area near great restaurants, a shopping center, and the valley.

A great bargain - no comparison to a much more expensive room (in abq) at Comfort Inn. Your personnel were friendly and helpful, and the room was terrific.

I would love to stay here again. The place is fairly clean, the room is absolutely perfect. The staff is absolutely amazing. The location is exceptionally nice and decent, near to a shopping center. It's just off a local restaurant, most malls, stores, and shops.

We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room when we checked in. Although the service tech had already left the property, they called him back to check on our room. When we returned from dinner, they informed us they couldn't fix the ac so they then offered us a larger updgrade room at no additional cost. Staff was very helpful in resolving the issue.

When we checked in, the lady on duty failed to tell us you needed to stick your card key in a wall slot in order to run the ac & heat. There was a display on the end of the check-in counter but she never told us. After about 10 minutes of trying to get the ac turned on once we were in the room, my husband called down & found out what he needed to do. Don't know why she failed to inform us when we checked in!

the hotel was enjoyable, with clean rooms and friendly staff. the property had a convenient location close to everything I needed. 3. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fruits and eggs.

It was ok. The maid service was terrific!!!!!!!

Ice machine was located on the second floor with none on the 3rd floor where we stayed. Machine only had limited ice available and had to go to the main floor for ice.

Absolutely nothing.

Poorly trained staff, only one baggage rack, poorly maintained property, rooms were filthy.
